Job details:
- Full-time in-office position
- Greeting and servicing our HNW clients directly and supporting management on a project basis

Benefits and pay range:
- Pay range is based on experience and in the $20-$25/hour range, including a stipend for employee insurance premiums

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Answering phones and direct calls or take a detailed message
- Greet clients entering the lobby and offer refreshments
- Daily mail intake and deposit processing
- Assist with client letters and card mailings
- Coordinates lunch meetings, as needed, as well as meeting scheduling
- Assists in general office‐related tasks such as filling, scanning, etc.
- Special events support and spreadsheet projects as needed
- Maintains inventory and stock of kitchen necessities and office supplies
- Constant paper shredding and filing
- Supports wealth managers with any additional administrative needs
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum = HS Diploma, some college coursework, at least 1 year in office experience required
- Preferred = BS college degree, 2 years + of financial services experience a plus
- Reliability and punctuality are a MUST
- Ability to service a diverse client base professionally
- Must pass, drug, background check, fingerprinting, and office computer skills testing
- Have adequate transportation to Lodi office location
- Microsoft Office and CRM experience, cloud systems experience a plus
