We provide multigeneration wealth management, risk tolerance protection and financial planning services to high-net-worth families, business owners and foundations. Job details:
- Full-time in-office position, with part time options
- Servicing our HNW clients directly, supporting our registered wealth managers, vendors and wholesalers
- You will working directly with the principals of the firm

Benefits and pay range:
- Pay range is based on experience and in the $32-$39/hour range, including a stipend for insurance premiums

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Working seamlessly with registered wealth mangers, external wholesalers and vendors
- Answering phones, emails, and troubleshooting account NIGOs to resolution
- Independently calculate cost basis updates and estate processing
- Assisting with new account opening process
- Managing all ACAT and non-ACAT transfers
- Assist with all client mailings and support the firm’s client service process
- Checking Notifications daily and updating tasks in CRM system
- Assist with client letter and card mailings
- Special events support, spreadsheet projects and incense processing as needed
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum = HS Diploma, some college coursework, at least 4 years of financial services industry experience required
- Preferred = college degree plus 7 years + of financial services experience in Broker Dealer industry with additional certifications such as SIE and Series 7 license, but registration not required.
- Ability to service a diverse client base professionally
- Daily reliability and punctuality
- Must pass, drug, background check, fingerprinting, and office computer skills testing
- Microsoft Office (required), financial planning software, CRM experience, cloud systems experience a plus
